Well this is it the last home staging video of the year!!! We’ve had so much fun connecting with you each week. We’ve made a conscious effort to grow our viewers, especially our youtube community this year, we’ve doubled our subscribers and reached over a 100,000 views earlier in the year and we’re so close to over 150,000 views (pssst great idea for a last minute christmas gift for me….share this video with a friend to boost views!!)
Did you know on Youtube we’re proudly airing in 116 countries including, while were most watched right here in the U.S. , we have a pretty big following in Canada, France, Australia and Sweden. So, a big shout to you all…
We released 45 videos, scratch that 46 videos this year. We’ve covered countless home staging topics like how to reduce clutter in your home, easy tricks to organize accessories on shelves and how to stage a small bathroom.
We learned how to curb house smells from buyers, whether it was animals or food causing a stink. Arrange furniture in a home to maximize square footage and of course we learned different ways to light your home to create light and bright spaces.
We talked about how to have a successful yard sale, how to research your competition on the MLS and ways to increase your kitchen counter space.
You met the man, Sal! He serenaded me by the fire, he talked taxes and we took you on a tour of Italy for our wedding. While in Italy my sister Tara showed up in bed, but you may know her best in her debut video talking about home staging and how not to over accessorize!
There was an appearance by mom, Melanie who chatted about my new book due out in 2015 click here for updates and my neighbor Christina, isn’t her house gorgeous!!!
We had multiple appearances from my fur babies in our home staging videos, and many of you asked why is Coco always on the couch. Honestly, I cant keep him off and he is such a good cuddler, why would you want to!
