Home Staging Tips: Keep the Buyer in Mind

On my way home from the West Coast, I started thinking about home staging tips, and how every person on the plane has a need that needs to be satisfied in order to fly comfortably. Some passengers want to watch TV, some want to read a book or magazine while others may want to work, surf the net or sleep.
Like traveling, a person has a very specific need or needs that are required to be met in order for a person to make a purchase on your home.
A home buyer, usually has a wish list, items they’d like to have in their new home at a great price. A buyer’s wish list should be obtainable and sellers should be willing to try and accommodate those wishes, as a flight attendant would during the flight.
So, what can you do as a seller to entice buyers to make an offer? Is your home accentuating it’s positive features during showings?
