Another decade has passed &#8212; and my 40th <a href=\"https:\/\/toritoth.com\/birthday-reflection-2017\/\">birthday<\/a> is just a few days away. To be honest, when I was young, I never thought I&#8217;d see this age.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Maybe it was more like never wanting to be this age? But, here I am and I&#8217;m okay with it! I don&#8217;t feel 40. to drink champagne.<\/li><li>A little sass never hurt anyone.<\/li><li>To-do lists get shit done.<\/li><li>Maintaining a home is an honor, not a chore. <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/makeithomeplanner\">(need a maintenance plan grab this planner)<\/a><\/li><li>Clean up every night before heading to bed.<\/li><li>Be able to adjust to situations to create an easy-going lifestyle.<\/li><li>Spend time at the gym or being active daily to cherish yourself.<\/li><li>Always crave for accomplishing new and interesting things.<\/li><li>Change is inevitable, so never get too comfortable.<\/li><li>Following a traditional life roadmap is not essential to being happy.<\/li><li>Never let your fear decide your future.<\/li><li>Avoid judging or shaming anyone for the way they live their life.<\/li><li>Tiffany jewelry does put a smile on your face.<\/li><li>Everything happens for a reason&#8211; so if it&#8217;s meant to be, it will be.<\/li><li>Settling for a life you don&#8217;t love is for the weak.<\/li><li>Flowers are Mother Nature&#8217;s magical beauty at work. (So, plant them everywhere!)<\/li><li>Be conscious of universal forces and energies here to guide my life. <\/li><li>Take time to reflect, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/0991846206\/?ref=idea_lv_dp_ov_d\">journal<\/a> and write down thoughts for the future.<\/li><li>Your home is your sanctuary, so make it feel like a retreat.<\/li><li>Pay attention to the details.<\/li><li>Stand out by utilizing style at home, at work, in your wardrobe.<\/li><li>Shoes can tell a lot about someone&#8217;s personality.<\/li><li>Anytime is a good time to travel.<\/li><li>There is a special place in my heart to care for animals.<\/li><li>If you set your mind to the task, you can conquer it!<\/li><li>I am stronger than I think.<\/li><li>Everyone should run a marathon at least once to say they can.<\/li><li>Do what makes you happy and have no regrets.<\/li><li>I do not need to hold on to what&#8217;s holding me back.<\/li><li>Who I spend quality time with matters.<\/li><li>Your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stage2sellstrategy.com\">home<\/a> should tell a story of the lifestyle you want to lead.<\/li><li>Decorate your home to show your spirit, but inspire others.<\/li><li>Lighting is the key to setting the mood in life. (or even in a video)<\/li><li>Things are rarely black and white.
