After a year of white\u00a0ruling the design world, Benjamin Moore is plunging deep into it’s color palette. The company recently announced it’s 2017 color of the year, along with 22 colors you can pair with this bold hue.<\/span><\/p>\n

While the\u00a02016 color was\u00a0Simply White OC-117<\/a><\/span>, Benjamin Moore\u00a0went with a color they describe as a rich, deep amethyst: Shadow 2117-30.<\/a>\u00a0It’s a saturated purple that works well with<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0other jewel tones like ruby and emerald.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAllusive and enigmatic, Shadow is a master of ambiance. It is a color that calls to mind a \u2018past,\u2019 yet it can also make a contemporary, color-confident statement,\u201d Ellen O\u2019Neill, Benjamin Moore\u2019s creative director, said in the announcement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
