With Easter hopping to town this Sunday, it’s important to capture the precious moments of spring and this fun holiday on your table. Whether you plan on hosting an Easter brunch or dinner having a beautiful tablescape at the center of it all sets the tone and puts guests in the right mood.\u00a0<\/span>

Add a Pop of Color with Pastels\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Pastels are a\u00a0common color scheme to start injecting spring into your Easter decor. You can make your tablescape as colorful or subdued as you\u2019d like just by\u00a0mixing pastels with a neutral color palette. By using a combination of one pastel as an accent color with neutral colors and some mixed metals to create an elegant look for dinner. If an elegant setting isn’t your thing go nuts with pastels using the different colors in your decor, but leave your table settings and serveware neutral.<\/span><\/p>\n

Flowers Are a Staple<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

An Easter tablescape just isn’t complete without some beautiful spring flowers blooming right before your eyes. These flowers provide varying colors and soft fragrances to any centerpiece. Some of my favorite flowers<\/a><\/span> to set the scene include: tulips, grape hyacinths, daffodils, magnolias, hydrangeas and yellow forsythia branches. You can use a combination of real or fake on the table. Try placing a bunch in the middle to create a centerpiece, place strategically by each place setting, sprinkle them throughout the tablescape or let each flower stand alone as we did in this set up for Easter brunch in 2015.
