Realtor.com Says September is Month to Buy

If you’re trying to move before the end of the year, now is the best time to grab an offer. There is no exact science to the age old question: when is the best time to buy or sell a home? But, in a recent Realtor.com article their proclaiming September 2015 looks to be the perfect storm to purchase the American dream. According to Realtor.com’s article, “Is This September the Perfect Month to Buy a Home?” there are three specific reasons to their findings: supply, demand and low mortgage rates.
